What we collect

Gather 242 LLC collects information you choose to submit. This may include contact details, opening updates, event information, business and uploaded-file information for chef vendor applications, and job application details. We also process limited technical and aggregate site-use information to prevent abuse and understand how the site is used. It does not set an advertising cookie or create persistent visitor profiles.

How we use it

We use submitted information to send requested opening updates, respond to inquiries, review vendor and job applications, protect the website, and maintain necessary operational records. Submitting a form does not create a reservation, selection, employment offer, or other commitment.

How we share and protect it

OpenAI Sites and its managed providers host the website and submissions. Resend provides transactional email. Anti-spam and uploaded-file scanning are enabled. Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent abuse, and Cloudmersive receives vendor-uploaded menu files solely for malware scanning when uploads are enabled. Access is limited to authorized Gather 242 users and providers. We do not sell submitted personal information. We use encrypted connections, access controls, validation, request limits, and security logs. Information may also be shared when required by law or needed to protect people or the service.

How long we keep it

We keep records only as long as needed for the purpose collected, security, contracts, or legal obligations:

• Opening-list records: until unsubscribe, three years without engagement, or the program ends.
• Event inquiries: 24 months after the last activity.
• Vendor applications and uploads: three years after the final decision or last activity.
• Job applications: one year after the hiring decision.
• Suspicious-submission security logs: 90 days. Email delivery metadata is kept for 90 days and failed-delivery records for up to 180 days. Successful email message bodies are cleared after delivery.
• Aggregated site and conversion measurement: up to 400 days.

Approved deletion requests remove the active record and related upload when applicable, subject to legal holds, security needs, and temporary managed backups.

Your choices and requests

Opening-update emails include an unsubscribe link and one-click unsubscribe support. Unsubscribing stops those updates but does not prevent a requested reply about an event, vendor, or job submission. To request access, correction, or deletion, email info@gather242.com. Gather 242 may need to verify the requester before changing or releasing a record. Requests may be limited when retention is required for law, contracts, safety, fraud prevention, or legal claims.
