Know before you apply
Gather 242 manages shared guest areas, common seating, venue events, the bar and self-pour program, building-wide marketing, and the overall guest experience.
Each selected operator will lead its concept, menu, staffing, food purchasing, kitchen execution, required licenses, insurance, taxes, and daily food-safety compliance.
Current stall concepts range from about 140 to 290 square feet. Final equipment, hood, gas, electric, plumbing, refrigeration, storage, and signage plans will be matched to each selected concept.
Final rent, fees, revenue-share terms, deposits, utilities, and opening obligations are not being published yet. Qualified operators will receive the proposed economics before being asked to make a commitment.
Florida food-service licensing and plan-review requirements vary by operation. Review the official DBPR permanent food-service guide and confirm the licenses, inspections, and approvals required for your concept.
The opportunity
Gather 242 is bringing together passionate chefs, creators, and operators who believe great food can anchor a community.
Seven concepts are being selected to complement one another and create a food lineup worth returning to.
Gather 242 manages the common spaces, events, bar, and overall venue experience so chefs can focus on the food.
We are looking for operators who want to help shape a Bradenton destination, not simply occupy a stall.
